Today, in Rhythmic Tone 6 of the Earth wave, Ik asks: how often does your word have a steady slot in the week, instead of only appearing in emergencies? After radiant care (Kin 161), communication looks for its schedule.

The White tribe of the North refines. Wind is the tribe of spirit, breath, communication. In the Earth wave the sixth day is the day of rhythm: hard topics not handled weekly accumulate and explode. Ik teaches: 30 minutes a week of conscious conversation with a partner (or collaborator) protects you from a quarterly crisis.

Rhythmic Tone 6 organizes. Ik in the Earth wave asks for six rhythms of the word: morning intent-sentence, midday balance, afternoon mindful email, evening summary, weekly conversation with a close one, monthly honesty ritual.
