Kin 82 — White Self-Existing Wind: The Form of Breath

Kin 82 measures the word. The White Wind (Ik) returns after the Planetary tone of the previous wave (Kin 62) — there it manifested the unspoken sentence. Today, in Self-Existing Tone 4 of the Storm wave, Ik builds the daily frame for communication: what four rules of your breath protect you and others from words thrown without intention? After the electric handing-on of lineage (Kin 81), breath must get a structure.

The energy of the day

The White tribe of the North refines. Wind is the tribe of spirit, breath, communication. In the Storm wave, the fourth day saves you from an unfiltered outburst: which four rules for daily communication will you now write into your life, so the Storm of this wave does not devastate your relationships? Four pillars: a breath before responding, two-words-fewer, no screen at end of day, one repetition of an important conversation.

Self-Existing Tone 4 measures. Ik teaches: a word released in anger returns threefold. A word held for five breaths rarely returns, and when it does, it is wiser. The fourth day of the Storm wave asks you to give your communication a structure that holds even when the outer storm provokes.

Born under the White Self-Existing Wind, you have the gift of framing communication — your conversations have rules thanks to which people can say hard things. Write down today four rules for your communication in the coming 13 days. Example: 1) five breaths before answering a hard message, 2) one confirmation that I understand the other side before my response, 3) no “heavy” communication after 9 p.m., 4) one apology a week when needed. Place where visible. Ask: what frames protected my breath today, and which still wait to be built?
