Today, in Rhythmic Tone 6 of the Serpent wave, Oc asks: how often is your loyalty tested in daily practice, not just in dramatic moments? After radiant water (Kin 109), love wants a schedule.

The White tribe of the North refines. Dog is the tribe of love, loyalty, the inner heart. In the Serpent wave the sixth day is the day of rhythm: a great love without a daily ritual withers between dramas; a great love with a daily ritual grows in peace. Oc teaches: each week check whether the people you love got, this week, a concrete dose of your presence.

Rhythmic Tone 6 organizes. Oc in the Serpent wave asks for six daily acts of loyalty: 1) a morning thought of one person, 2) one trusted message during the day, 3) one mindful meal with another person, 4) one conscious word of gratitude, 5) one gesture of physical presence, 6) one evening question “how are you, really?”.
