Kin 147 — Blue Self-Existing Hand: The Form of Healing

Kin 147 measures healing. The Blue Hand (Manik) returns after the Planetary tone of the previous wave (Kin 127) — there it manifested help. Today, in Self-Existing Tone 4 of the Seed wave, Manik builds the daily form: which four healing gestures do you do daily, regardless of mood?
