Kin 69 — Red Self-Existing Moon: The Form of Tears

Kin 69 measures emotion. The Red Moon (Muluc) returns after the Planetary tone of the previous wave (Kin 49) — there it manifested the tear. Today, in Self-Existing Tone 4 of the Worldbridger wave, Muluc asks: what vessel daily protects your feelings so they do not spill at random? After the electric beauty (Kin 68), feelings ask for structure.

The energy of the day

The Red tribe of the East initiates. Moon is the tribe of universal water, cleansing, flow. In the Worldbridger wave, the fourth day is the moment when feelings ask for a regular vessel — a journal, therapy, a crying ritual, a place where you feel it is okay to weep. Without that, the Moon either erupts in public or floods you in the middle of the night.

Self-Existing Tone 4 measures. Four forms of emotional hygiene: daily 5 minutes of naming feelings (morning), a weekly meeting with feeling (alone), a monthly conversation with someone who knows you, a quarterly ritual of cleansing.
